Head Coach | Steve Anderson

Coach Anderson has led the East Ridge Volleyball program for the last eight years.  In that time the Raptors have claimed seven conference championships and have had three state tournament appearances finishing 2nd in 2021, 3rd in 2022 and 3rd in 2024.  Prior  to his time at East Ridge Coach Anderson spent 10 years as the head coach at North High School in North St. Paul building a successful program and winning two conference championships.  Coach Anderson has been running volleyball camps for 18 years and enjoys  spending time in the gym helping players develop their skills and grow their passion for the sport.

Assistant Coach | Mikayla McDougall

Mikayla played for the East Ridge Volleyball program for 5 years, including appearances at the 2021 and 2022 State Volleyball Tournaments.  She also played club volleyball at Kokoro (6 years) and Northern Lights (3 years).  Mikayla currently attends college at the University of WI - Madison. 

Assistant Coach | Stacy Hinz

Volleyball has been in my life for 30 years when I started playing in 7th grade and I have loved it ever since. I have 17 years of experience being a coach. I started in White Bear Lake. After 7 years, I took a year off and missed it so much - I had to get back in the gym. Since that year, I have been with East Ridge as the JV coach. I love this sport and am excited to have the opportunity to help athletes reach their potential in volleyball. Outside of volleyball, I love being an Auntie.
